We are a family-owned and operated business and have been repairing computers in the Bonita Springs area since 1998. No job is too big or too small, we are happy to help with any of your computer needs.

Returns:
Equipment purchased from us has a 30 day return. A 15 % restocking fee will be charged for items returned after 7 days. All items returned must be in their original packaging and in new resalable condition. No returns will be granted on items older then 30 days.

Warranties: 
Labor has a 30 day warranty. Please be aware that we do NOT offer a warranty for viruses. To protect yourself, please talk to us about our internet and email safety tips. Depending on the manufacturer, many of the parts we use have a three year warranty.

Your Data:
Unlike all computer manufacturers, most big chain stores and many other local shops, we never erase your hard drive without first consulting you AND making a backup of your data (if that is possible). Please always remember to talk to us about all your important documents. We always consider this step to the be step of LAST resort, never the first way of repairing your computer.

Privacy:
Your privacy concerns are of paramount importance to us. Your data is always respected, kept intact and privacy protected.

Returned Checks & Cancelled Orders:
Returned checks and cancelled orders are subject to a  $30.00 charge by Action One Computers.
