Data Recovery & Backups:
If your computer crashed or was stolen today, would you lose critical data? Have a backup system in place is essential to all businesses and most home users. We can help:
- Setup backup systems with both software and hardware, configured to your needs.
- Recover data from crashed hard drives - or accidentally deleted files.
Big chains will reformat (erase) your hard drive as a cure to many problems, often without alerting you first. That's a bad approach because no one wants to lose their data. We never do that. And we only reformat hard drives as a last resort, not a first intervention. We always consult with you first, explain the pro's and con's, and get your personal authorization. Your data is always safe with us!

Service & Repairs Fees:
We can't say it enough - it's very important to have your data backed up. Please be sure you have performed a complete back up before you ask us for service or repair. If you do not have a back up system in place, please ask us to set one up for you! All service and repairs are performed in our shop unless otherwise noted.
